I guess what the state prosecutor Gerrie Nel has been trying to portray to the whole nation about what happened on the night of valentines day last year is Making exteme sense indeed, that Oscar Pistoruis has anger management issues and that shooting and killing his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp was intentional and not accidental. Was this a wise move for Oscar Pistorius to go out nightclubbing while his murder trial is still on the go? Do you think him going to a nightclub and getting into a fight while on trial will affect his case in anyway ? This takes us back to the fight and flight response, do you think Oscar Pistoruis knew that going nightclubbing was extremely wrong , And what does this say about his moral values? Does it seem as if he abided to his bail conditions or not?

I believe his going clubbing while on trail shouldn't affect his murder case. however it will affect it.

ReplyDeleteI would think that it is evident that the guy as anger management issues. he also seems to have a thing for guns (the restaurant shooting, the shooting from the car issue etc). in my opinion, if one is involved in such a high profile case, the person in question must be sensitive to what they do, what they say and where they go. He should have anticipated the fact that him going clubbing was going to raise questions and that the public was going to judge him (it's human nature). The stunt that he pulled at the club does put him in a suspicious space, one would even go as far as saying unless he learns to control his anger issues, he is a risk to society.
ReplyDeleteI agree with what you are saying tebatso, Oscar should have thought real hard before stepping foot in the club where he was seen. He has now let more people judge his character through the scene he caused at the club . i think he did that intentionally , he knew that going out at night will seek peoples attention.
ReplyDeleteOscar Pistorius have got anger issues and he seems to not be able to deal with his anger management. He shot his girlfriend on purpose. how can one assume there is an intruder in the house knowing it was only him and Reeva? He should not have gone to night clubbing as this shows that he does not even regret what he did
